Kathryn Hearington

Kat joined HSP at its inception. Kat is an experienced and skilled recruiter who has executed a broad array of junior and senior searches for HSP’s private equity, hedge and advisory clients. Kat has worked on engagements across a range of sectors and functions, and she focuses on HSP’s Investor Relations/Marketing searches as well as the firm’s Corporate Development mandates.  She previously spent three years at SG Partners, where she worked with the pre-MBA recruiting team. Prior to transitioning to the executive search business, Kat interned in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley where she worked with the Analyst Program management team. She received a BA in English Literature and Education Studies from Brown University.
